Orama Studios – Plakias, Crete

Welcome to Orama Studios. By accessing our website or completing a reservation through our online booking system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Reservations

A reservation is considered confirmed after the booking process has been successfully completed and the guest has received a booking confirmation.

Guests are responsible for ensuring that all personal, contact and payment information provided during the reservation process is complete and accurate.

The applicable rate conditions, payment requirements and cancellation terms are displayed before completion of the reservation and are included in the booking confirmation.

2. Rates and Taxes

All accommodation rates are displayed in Euro (€), unless otherwise stated.

Rates include the applicable taxes unless expressly indicated otherwise.

The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is not included in the accommodation price and is payable separately, in accordance with applicable Greek legislation.

3. Payment

Payment conditions depend on the rate plan selected by the guest. Full or partial prepayment may be required in order to confirm the reservation.

Online card payments are securely processed through the Nexi XPay electronic payment platform.

Orama Studios does not store guests’ complete payment card details.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

Subject to activation and availability, payments may be made using:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Maestro

  • Diners Club International

  • Discover

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

5. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: from 17:00

Check-out: until 11:00

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and prior arrangement with Orama Studios.

6. Cancellation, Modification and No-show

Cancellation and modification conditions depend on the selected rate plan.

The applicable cancellation, refund and no-show terms are displayed before completion of the reservation and are included in the booking confirmation.

For non-refundable reservations, no refund is provided in the event of cancellation, modification, early departure or no-show, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Where a refund is applicable, it will normally be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction. Bank processing times may vary.

7. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect the accommodation, its facilities and equipment.

  • Respect other guests, neighbours and quiet hours.

  • Use electrical appliances and facilities responsibly.

  • Report any damage, fault or problem during their stay.

  • Comply with the maximum occupancy stated in the reservation.

Guests may be held responsible for damage or loss caused intentionally, through negligence or through improper use of the accommodation and its facilities.

8. House Rules

Parties, events and activities that may disturb other guests or neighbouring properties are not permitted without prior written approval.

Guests must comply with all safety instructions and house rules communicated by Orama Studios before or during their stay.

9. Exceptional Circumstances

If Orama Studios is unable to provide the reserved accommodation due to exceptional circumstances, technical damage, force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, reasonable efforts will be made to inform the guest and provide an appropriate solution.

10. Website Information

Orama Studios makes reasonable efforts to ensure that descriptions, photographs, prices and other website information are accurate.

Minor differences may occur due to maintenance, improvements or updates.

11. Personal Data

Personal data supplied during the booking process are processed for reservation management, guest communication, payments, invoicing and compliance with legal obligations.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law.

Any dispute shall be handled in accordance with applicable Greek and European legislation.

13. Changes to These Terms

Orama Studios may update these Terms and Conditions when necessary.

The version displayed on the website at the time of booking applies to the relevant reservation.
